Returns & Exchanges

Thanks for shopping One Cottage Way! 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.*  Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them. If your items arrives damaged take pictures of damaged items and packaging.  We will use these to file an insurance claim with delivery service provider.

If your item does not suit you, email us within 14 days of receipt for return instructions. We must receive returned items within 30 days. Once your returned item is received in our office, we will email you a store credit code or refund for the original purchase price minus shipping.
